RETURNS
You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date or store credit within 45 days from the shipping date. After 45 days, we will no longer accept returns. Once your return is received, please allow for approximately 5-7 days for us to approve your return for a refund or for store credit.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges at this time. You may still "exchange" a product with another by returning the first item and then placing a new order for the second.

Returns for Store Credit: Sale items with a discount of less than 50% can be returned for store credit if returned within 30 days of the shipping date.

Final Sale Items:

Sale items with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

Sale items with a discount of 30% or more, when combined with an additional coupon code for stacked savings, are also final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Sale items that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for a full refund. For assistance, please contact service@etiennefontaine.com.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer exchanges for any sale products. You may however use our return policy above to recieve store credit and place a new order.

How to Mail Back a Return:
• Fill out the Return Request Form at the bottom of this page, and once approved, follow the instructions in the next section.
• If you are returning items from multiple orders, please contact us at service@etiennefontaine.com to set up your return. If you are returning items from one single order, please complete our Return Request Form. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
Once your return is approved, the instructions below apply:
• Ensure that the product(s) being returned is/are unused, unopened (with their original seal), and include all labelling. Please also ensure that there is no cosmetic damage to the product(s). Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the merchandise being returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact our concierge team at service@etiennefontaine.com to file a claim.
• Please reference the appropriate carrier website for hours of operation and accessible return drop off locations. Pack and ship your return with the shipping label provided (after your return request has been processed), following the instructions outlined in your return confirmation email. All returns are mailed free of charge.
• Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 7 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 5 to 7 days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.

Did you click the "Purchase" button before you were ready? We’ll do our best to help. You have up to 6 hours from the time you click "Purchase" to cancel it by emailing us at service@etiennefontaine.com.
